Landing Page for Fashion Service
DESIGN SCENARIO: "You are a UI designer for a fashion service. Your goal is to design a landing page that meets users' needs and engages them to use the service. Ensure it communicates the unique value proposition of the service provides a modern and minimalist design to reflect the company's brand identity."
This design concept is a great source of inspiration for me. My goal is to create a website dedicated to selling vintage collections from luxury fashion brands. To begin, I explored various ideas and drew inspiration from fashion labels that resonate with me. Observing social media trends, I noticed that many influencers showcase high-end brands and attend prestigious fashion events. In my view, they help make luxury fashion feel more accessible. My aim is to extend this accessibility to a wider audience.

With the assistance of ChatGPT, I developed the brand story and explored name ideas. After refining several suggestions, I settled on 'Flashback Studio.' My goal was to create a design that embodies elegance, modernity, and vintage charm simultaneously.
For the visual identity, I chose Didot typography for the logo and headers to evoke a sophisticated, timeless feel reminiscent of luxury brands. To create a contrast between tradition and contemporary high-end aesthetics, I used Anaheim, a Sans Serif typeface, for subheaders and body text. To ensure readability, all typography elements maintain a minimum size of 16 px.

When designing the website layout, I drew inspiration from luxury brands such as Jacquemus, Acne Studios, The Kooples, and Yves Saint Laurent. I opted for minimalist and classic call-to-actions (CTAs), incorporating light typography and icons to maintain a refined aesthetic.
When I designed the wireframe, I knew I wanted to include some colors but keep the visual identity minimalist and recognizable. So, to add some color and remember the concept's vintage, I wrote the name of the mark in old yellow. Also, all of the photographs are from pexels.com, and I used Figma's functionality to make the images appear a little older with an argentic vibe.
